The Charity regularly holds it's own events to raise funds for specific projects and assist with the maintenance costs for the facilities.
The calendar of events for 2026 has been set with events throughout the year for you to join in and enjoy. More details of other events will follow as and when they are available.
The events planning team is a group of local residents who volunteer their time to organise and deliver these events. We are always on the look-out for people who are willing to join our team to help. More details about volunteering can be found here
2026 Fundraising Events at the Reading Room

Join us at Curdridge Reading Room for an evening of fun for Bingo Night on Saturday 10th October and 7th November.
Ticket price includes two bingo cards and a dabber. Prizes to be won for one, two lines and a full-house. Additional cards can be purchased on the night.
There will be a bar serving a selection of reasonably priced alcoholic and soft drinks throughout the evening and bar snacks will be available. Cash & card payments will be accepted.

Come along and mark the start of the festive season as we turn on our Christmas Lights inside and outside at the Reading Room.
There will be delicious refreshments and Christmas themed activities for children and adults.
This community event is free to enter with limited parking onsite and in the car park opposite St Peter's Church which is just a two-minute walk away.
