What's On

The Charity regularly holds it's own events to raise funds for specific projects and assist with the maintenance costs for the facilities.

The calendar of events for 2026 has been set with events throughout the year for you to join in and enjoy.  More details of other events will follow as and when they are available.

The events planning team is a group of local residents who volunteer their time to organise and deliver these events.  We are always on the look-out for people who are willing to join our team to help.  More details about volunteering can be found here

Curdridge Village Fete 2026_A4 Poster.jpg

This year's date for your diary is SUNDAY 28th JUNE from 11am.

With inflatables, classic cars, pony rides, a kids games stall, wellie throwing and football game there is plenty for all the family to enjoy.

The Bishops Waltham Men's Shed are joining us with some great games and a stall selling their own handmade items.

Rik from 4AB Agility will be doing dog agility demonstrations with the chance for you to have a go with your own dog.  He will also be judging Dog Factor - our own fun dog show.

Refreshments include a BBQ serving freshly cooked burgers and our popular cafe serving hot and cold drinks and homemade cake.  The Cricket Pavilion bar will be open serving a selection of alcoholic and soft drinks as well as Pimms and Prosecco. Marucci's Ice Cream van will also be joining us.

Introducing "Creative Curdridge", an opportunity for you to showcase your creative skills for everyone to see.  Whether your passion lies in gardening, photography or craft, don't be shy - show us what you do and tell us why you love it.  More details below

Come along to the Fete and take part in 'Creative Curdridge' - a new element to the event.  It is FREE to take part and gives you the opportunity to do something you love and inspire others.

Curdridge Bake-Off is a cake decorating competition.  Open to adults and children, decorate a cake or cakes with a floral theme for members of the public to vote for their favourite.  Bring your entry along to the Main Hall between 8am and 10.30am on 28th June.  Fill in a name card and display your cake!

Showcase your talent, whether that is sowing, growing, baking, creating, drawing, painting or photography.  Bring your items to the main hall and display them for visitors at the fete to see.  Tell us about your passion and why you love doing it (cards and pens will be available) and maybe inspire someone else to get creative.  Items must be on display by 10.30am on Fete day.

Last, but by no means least, Maddie from Creative Studio will be in the main hall running an interactive workshop for anyone to join in.  Throughout the day, you will have the chance to paint a mural which will be displayed at the Reading Room.  Once again, this is free to take part although, if you would like to make a donation for the Reading Room Charity, donations buckets will be available.  This activity will be open from 11am to 3.30pm.
